Returns & Exchanges
ALL HAT, SOCK's, AND UNDERWEAR SALES ARE FINAL!
Sorry, but due to the nature of these items (and where they’re worn, ya nasties ;-) these are items that we are not able to accept returns for so choose wisely (or regift, we won’t snitch just….make sure you wash them first).
When purchasing from BuniPeak if there’s any reason that you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns, for a refund or free exchange within 30 days from delivery of the item (unless it’s an excluded item as listed above or custom).
Do us a solid and make sure that items are still in their original condition -- meaning that they haven’t been washed, worn, or used in any way. Please note, the original shipping charges for the item(s) that you purchased are non-refundable -- we love y’all, but we’ve gotta eat too.
If the mistake was on our end or the item is defective please make sure to contact us here so that we can fix it for you.
Below you can find the steps on how to return or exchange your item(s), make sure to read them carefully so that we are able to help you get what you want!
Step 1
Please send an email to: info@bunipeak.com regarding the item(s) that you would like to return/exchange so that we can get the ball rolling.
Step 2
Once we receive your email we will provide a return address for you to ship the item(s) that you would like returned/exchanged (so make sure everything is packed up all nice and tight). Please include a copy of the original packing ship or a copy of the confirmation email for the order and note the new size or item that you would like in exchange.
We are NOT able to guarantee that all sizes and items will be in stock for exchanges, so keep that in mind when making your decision (it might not be a bad idea to have a few options listed, just in case we can’t provide the first choice due to inventory).
Once you’ve packed everything up and said your goodbyes (yeah, yeah, they know -- it’s not them, it’s you), send your item(s) back to us with the address that we provide you in the email!
Step 3
Once your return has been received we will ship your new item back -- at no additional charge to you -- or we will issue the refund, whichever it is that you request!
